Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Thanos Motion. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed; we will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.
  • Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for occasional carrier delays.
  • Excluded Addresses: We ship to the U.S. and U.S. Territories but do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
  • Damages and Loss: Thanos Motion Electronics LLC is not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • Availability: We ship to select international countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
  • Customs and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (VAT, tariffs, etc.). We are not responsible for items held or delayed by local customs.

Return, Refund, and Repair Policy

Please provide your order number for all inquiries regarding returns or repairs.

Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Repairs
  • Repair requests must be made within 90 calendar days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for all repair charges and shipping costs to and from our facility.
